FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. Every service van carries a 250–400 litre tank of filtered water plus a generator or battery pack. We never need your socket, tap or hose.
Can waterless washing scratch the paint?
Not with the right technique. Dirt is lifted with a polymer-rich solution and removed in single-direction passes with a fresh microfibre face for each panel. Heavy mud or road salt gets a low-pressure pre-rinse first.
Can you work in a residential car park?
Anywhere management allows. No water or foam runs onto the floor and we use only the waterless method indoors. We also agree weekly wash days with residence managements.
Do I need to be with the car?
No. Choose a key option when booking: leave it unlocked, with security or reception, or hand it over. The crew photographs the car before starting; before/after photos and the checklist land in your account.
Can I see where the crew is?
Yes. When the crew sets off you get an SMS link; on “Where is my crew?” you follow the van on the map with an estimated arrival time.
What if it rains?
For outdoor bookings in rain we call you and move the visit free of charge. Indoor car-park bookings are not affected.
How do I change or cancel?
From My account › Bookings or the SMS link, free up to 3 hours before. Later cancellations may carry a call-out fee if the crew has set off (sample rule).
Do you apply ceramic coatings outdoors?
No. Ceramic and machine polishing are done under cover — garage, covered car park or canopy — away from dust and direct sun.
How do I pay?
Prepay by card when booking or pay on completion. Subscriptions and corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. This demo takes no real payment.
Can I book several cars at once?
Yes, add several cars at the same address in one booking; from the second car a 10% discount applies (sample rule).
Which areas do you cover?
Four zones in Istanbul: European Bosphorus, European West, Asian Coast and Asian Inland. Type your address to check instantly.
What about damage?
Before starting, the crew photographs all four sides and notes existing damage. Anything caused during the job is handled under liability insurance (sample text).
